We ship our goods worldwide.
We send deliveries up to 30 kg in a climate-neutral manner via parcel service (DHL). After we have handed the package over to DHL, you will receive a tracking code and DHL will inform you by email before delivery .
For orders over 30 kg or bulky goods we ship via freight forwarder.
The shipping costs are displayed during the order process and you can check them before completing the order.
If the shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically , "Pickup" will be displayed as the shipping method at the end of the order without specifying the shipping costs. In this case, you will receive a separate order confirmation from us after we receive your order with the actual shipping costs incurred, as well as if the actual shipping costs differ from those displayed during the order process due to additional conditions ( country-specific peculiarities, bulkiness or other surcharges ) .
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany
We deliver parcel goods up to 30 kg within Germany free of charge for gross order values of € 200 or more, and for orders up to € 200 we charge a flat shipping fee of € 5.49 . If the goods are sent by a freight forwarder, we charge €29.90.

For deliveries outside Germany , freight costs are calculated according to the table below.

Due to additional conditions ( country -specific features, remote area or island surcharges , bulkiness or other surcharges ), the actual freight costs may vary slightly . In this case, you will receive an order confirmation with the actual freight costs immediately after receiving your order.
Note on deliveries to non-EU countries : We deliver with DAP postage. The freight costs are therefore already paid. The additional costs for customs clearance , duties and taxes are additional and will be invoiced to you in the recipient country by the delivery company. The current cost for customs clearance in Switzerland is CHF 39.50 plus tax and duties (as of 2021).
