At around 0.03%, butter iron has a slightly higher carbon content than pure iron and is somewhat tougher.

However, it is significantly softer than structural steel, can be stretched, split and punched cleanly and precisely (without tearing) and is also very easy to fire weld, even without additives.

We were able to buy a large quantity of the best butter iron. We sell the profiles in the shop in 1 m pieces, but we can also supply lengths of up to 3 m on request.

The surface is rusty, but the layer of rust can be easily removed. Available while stocks last...
