You are, of course, welcome to return items purchased from us. However, we do not factor return shipping costs into our product prices across the board, nor do we automatically include a return label with every shipment (as shipping companies charge a premium for this service).
We therefore ask that you cover the cost of any returns.
Please apply sufficient postage to parcel-sized returns and send them to our address; for freight shipments, we can arrange a pickup at favorable rates.
In any case, we value a professional, partnership-based relationship with our customers. That is why it is often worth contacting us briefly before initiating a return—many issues can be resolved quickly and without red tape...
