"It's not about size"
The suitability of a fan for use in a forge fire is not so much determined by sufficient power consumption, i.e. a "high wattage". Rather, the fan must be adapted to the application in terms of volume flow and pressure. Each fan has a specific characteristic curve, which you can also find for the respective fans in the download area.
If the old fan is defective after 50 years, it usually makes sense to switch to a new model. The new fans offer better performance with low power consumption and low noise. Our fans are all industrial quality and suitable for continuous use!
