Cyclone soot separator for the air pollutants that arise during forging in the coal fire, such as coal particles, coal ash, slag and scale. These particles are separated by centrifugal force and collected in a collecting container.
The high degree of dust removal means that the most important contaminants from coal forges can be kept away from neighbors and the environment. It is a "dry system" and therefore a robust and reliable technology.
As an additional system for separating fine particles, we offer "particle separators". This can be used to filter the fine dust from the exhaust gases downstream. The system works by electrostatically charging the particles and is extremely low-maintenance and easy to install.

Generation of charge carriers 2. Charging of particles 3. Separation of particles via electrostatic forces An electric field is generated around a sawtooth electrode as soon as voltage is applied to it. At sufficiently high voltage, the electric field strength becomes high enough to trigger a corona discharge. This creates charge carriers that charge the molecules within the flue gas. When the resulting gas ions collide with particles in the flue gas stream, the dust particles themselves become charged. Driven by the electric field, the charged particles are then forced against the walls of the flue gas pipe, where they can be effectively separated.

This means that the speed of smoke extraction can be adapted to the current combustion situation. Advantages of using an FU: Increasing energy efficiency (savings) Reduced wear of components Lower starting currents Frequency converter instead of speed controller: A frequency converter changes the frequency of the current and thus the speed of the rotating field - ideal for speed control. The technically clean solution ensures lower power consumption. A simple “dimmer” for incandescent lamps is often used as an inexpensive speed controller. These “dimmers” do nothing other than not allowing a certain part of the sine curve to pass through. “Dimmers” cut the phase on or off. There is a lot of slip and the speed fluctuates greatly. With this method, the overall efficiency drops significantly and almost as much electricity is required as in nominal operation. Furthermore, the engine will wear out more quickly.
