Electrically heated ovens can be used in a variety of ways in industry, crafts and hobbies. For drying, as a glass, enamel or ceramic kiln, as a laboratory oven, in dental technology, but also for hardening and tempering and also for forging.
The advantage over gas or even coal is the cleanliness of the heat source. No contaminants get into the workpiece and the electric ovens also enable the user to work cleanly.
In addition, by choosing the "right" electricity provider or the option of producing the electricity yourself, "clean" electricity from renewable energy sources can also be used and forging can be done with a low carbon footprint...
We rely on well-known manufacturers from Germany and Europe. In addition to standard ovens, we can also offer custom-made products, just ask us if you are looking for something special.

with digital display of actual and set point
230 V/ 50 Hz / 3,5 kW,
inkl. NiCr-Ni sensor,
maximum temperature: 1200° C
Automatic two-point controller with digital actual and setpoint displays, specifically designed for temperature control in enamel, melting, annealing, and tempering kilns, as well as for firing decorative paintings, etc. The controller is used wherever a constant temperature is required for any length of time without a heating ramp. A NiCr-Ni thermocouple (included) serves as the sensor.
The thermocouple is inserted into the measuring port on the back of the kiln, and the kiln is plugged into the controller's power outlet, where it can be switched on and off up to a power of 3500 watts at 230 volts (resistive load).

controls with the help of bi-metals the power supply automatically by means of rhythmic switching on and off Operations and, consequently, the temperature inside the muffle kiln.
The energy pulsator uses bimetallic strips to automatically control the current supply by rhythmically switching the electrodes on and off, thereby determining the temperature inside the muffle. When the controller is switched on, the red indicator light illuminates and then switches on and off according to the set interval. A temperature sensor is not integrated and cannot be connected.
In all-around heated kilns, it is generally advisable to avoid placing the firing material directly in the muffle (firing chamber). This can lead to heat buildup, which can cause the heating coils to burn out!
Due to the oval design of the muffle, the firing insert does not rest on the entire surface, allowing heat to circulate.
Ceramic firing inserts can withstand higher temperatures than firing screens. However, they are more fragile. Firing screens are more suitable for tempering; for temperatures above 900°C, we recommend ceramic firing inserts.

Connected load 1,9 kW, 230V/1-ph
External dimensions (LxWxH) 510x375x580 mm,
Combustion chamber (LxWxH) 300x100x100 mm
These electrically heated ovens are built especially for knife makers and blacksmiths by a small manufacturer in Italy.
All devices listed here are operated with single-phase alternating current 230 volts, which means they can be used practically anywhere.
The electric heating coils are visible in the combustion chamber, which means the ovens heat up very quickly. Insulation made of lightweight fire brick also ensures a moderate weight and thus shortens the heating time.
All devices are equipped with a folding door and an integrated temperature controller.
The application area of these ovens is in the temperature range from 400 to 1200 °C (depending on the variant).
Features:
easy to use
folding door
robust design
temperature controller included
fast heating time
230V/1-ph
various variants
Your choice:
1) Which color:
yellow, red, green, blue, orange, black?
2) Which max. temperature:
1100°C or 1200°C variant?
3) Which controller:
Programmable or simple temperature controller?
The target temperature is set on the "simple" controller. The oven heats up to the set temperature and maintains it until the oven is turned off.
The programmable controller can run 4 different temperature ramps (target temperature, heating time, holding time) one after the other and is therefore important for complex hardening tasks and a reproducible result.
