This type of mask also has a FDA approval for greater safety.

The mask has two connections with the "b-lock" bayonet system for the secure attachment of two respiratory protection filters. A 6-point headband offers an optimal and secure fit of the respiratory protection mask with numerous adjustment options.

The panoramic field of vision VISOR corresponds to optical class 1 (according to EN 166) - for distortion-free vision (green field). Thanks to the special air flow of warm air and cold air, the masks have an integrated "anti-fog" system. A coating that wears off over time due to cleaning and disinfection is therefore superfluous.

A glazing surface coating makes the surface of the field of vision particularly scratch-resistant and also offers protection against flying particles with a speed of up to 244.5 m/s in accordance with the ballistic V50BL(P) test (standard: MIL-STD-662F:1997).

With the C-22 insert frame, the BLS 5000 series full face respiratory masks can be easily adjusted for people who wear glasses. Simply have an optician install the corrective lenses in the frame and insert the frame into the mask before starting work.

Filters:

Our respiratory protection filters offer reliable protection against particles and gases, depending on the protection class selected.

Each filter is developed in our supplier's own research and development department in Milan and put through its paces in our in-house laboratory.

Only if it meets the high quality standards and meets the strict EN 143 and EN 14387 standards is it sent to an independent body for certification.

Production takes place in our own production facilities in Italy, and we only use activated carbon of certified food quality, which is free from toxic additives such as chromium VI.
