Shipping costs
We send shipments up to 30kg climate-neutrally via parcel service (DHL). For orders over 30kg or for bulky items, delivery is via freight forwarding.
We ship worldwide according to INCOTERMS DAP ("Delivered At Place": delivery to the address, but excluding import duties and taxes in the destination country).
The shipping costs are displayed during the order process – before completing the purchase. If these cannot be calculated automatically, the shipping method will appear as "Pickup" without a price.
In this case, you will receive a separate order confirmation with the actual shipping costs.
Deliveries within Germany- ✔️ Free shipping for orders with a gross value of €200 or more for parcelable goods (up to 30kg).
- ✔️ Below this: €5.90 flat rate shipping
- ✔️ Freight forwarding (e.g., for bulky goods): €29.90
For certain products (e.g., forging presses, air forging hammers, etc.), we calculate freight based on weight. This will, of course, also be displayed in the shop.
