The machines are available from 15 kg to 2,000 kg ram weight and are characterized by simple and robust technology that has been tried and tested for decades.The stable cast housing is mounted on a steel base and the hammers can be set up relatively easily on a solid workshop floor with the help of polyurethane elastomer strips.

The very robust and reinforced design is suitable for use in the forge or workshop.
The V-belts are used to transmit power to the motor and ensure that the machine runs optimally.
The V-belt tension and the condition of the V-belts should be checked regularly.
A V-belt change is necessary if the V-belt is porous or cracked. A squeaking noise can also be due to a defective V-belt.
