"Life is too short to work with bad tools"
With us you will find everything for your craft and hobby.
We develop and produce some products such as coal and gas forge fires here in Ochsenhausen - Germany.
We source tried and tested machines, high-quality tools and a whole range of other stuff such as paints, oils and tool steels from well-known manufacturers, blacksmithing experts and smaller manufacturers.
with 2 pointed hornsa nd upsetting foot, of alloyed steel, hardened, surface planed, square hole 25 mm for anvil tools, round holes (Ø20 mm/ߠØ16 mm/Ø12 mm) face width XX mm, face length XX mm, total length XX mm, height XX mm This anvil shape is probably a mixture of a South German and Swiss anvil. Due to the upsetting and anvil, this anvil is very flexible in use and offers many advantages. The different sized holes save going to the perforated plate for many tasks. Characteristics: upsetting foot high hardness round horn various round holes square hole quality casting This form was developed by Bruce Beamish, who also personally takes care of the professional manufacture of the anvils. With the help of modern manufacturing methods, a reliable casting process and the selection of the right material, a very good quality of the anvils is ensured. All anvils are tested for hardness and subjected to a high quality check.

for anvil size 120 kg solid welded steel construction, heavy 400-mm-steel-plate, solid standing with three legs, optimiced to receive the Hofi anvil.
adapted to the anvil size solid welded steel construction, heavy steel-plate, solid standing with three legs, height customized to your needs We manufacture this anvil base exactly according to your wishes - please ask! The pictures are examples, each stand is made individually according to customer's requirements. The price may therefore differ!
Please note: Wood is a natural material and reacts to changes in humidity by swelling or shrinking. Our wooden bases are glued to a high quality and well stored and they only warp a little. But they can have cracks. This does not affect functionality. In addition, a stainless steel band ensures stability.
round magnet ø 80 x 18 mm with hole ø 6,5 mm For fixation on an anvil for noise reduction Some anvils are “ringing” very loudly. You can often avoid this unpleasant noise by positioning it differently (on wood, in the sand, etc.). An alternative is to attach a strong magnet to the anvil, which changes the vibration properties and can therefore also positively change the sound. Note: Magnets produce a far-reaching, strong magnetic field. Do nothing magnetic in the near of cardiac pacemakers and implanted defibrillators or magnetic hard drive.

400 x 400 x 100 mm, 80 kg made of special cast iron, one surface planed, with various round and square holes, and radius at the sides, for horizontal or vertical use
600 x 250 x 60 mm, 55 kg made of hardened special steel (three-layer), with various round and square holes, radius at the sides, for horizontal or vertical use. Reimagined OurHole and swage plate is designed and implemented differently than the "ordinary" plates you know from blacksmithing workshops. Due to difficulties in sourcing materials, delivery and quality issues, and long foundry lead times, we came up with the idea of a modular design for the perforated and die-casting plate. Built to Last For this, in addition to modern production machinery, we use a highly wear-resistant and hardened steel that surpasses cast plates in terms of hardness and toughness. Thanks to the modular design, the main work surface can be easily replaced after many years of use and inevitable wear and tear. Extensively Tested In cooperation with experienced blacksmiths and professionals, we extensively tested the perforated and die-casting plate in combination with the rotating frame, putting it through its paces and being completely satisfied. Features: Hardened steel High abrasion resistance Very wear-resistant Stable construction Rotatable and flexible in use Usable on both sides Replaceable plates when worn Round, square, and rectangular holes Radius and square notches on the end faces The perforated plate is supplied without a rotating stand, which is available as an optional accessory. The transitions between the individual plate elements may be slightly noticeable, but this does not affect subsequent work. TIP: Looking for a larger/smaller plate with custom or different hole shapes? Feel free to contact us; we'll be happy to provide you with a quote.
